- What is Mystica?
- Mystica publishes astrology, saju (Four Pillars), tarot, dream, compatibility and personality readings in 10 languages. It is operated by TeamY (팀와이), based in Seoul, Republic of Korea.
- Are the readings predictions?
- No. Every reading is for entertainment and self-reflection. It is not a prediction of future events and not medical, legal or financial advice.
- Who writes the readings?
- Software and AI. The free reading is composed by software from traditional rules, so the same input gives the same text. A paid deep reading is written by an AI model (Claude, by Anthropic) from the same computed facts. No person reads your chart.
- What is free and what costs money?
- Every free reading is complete and needs no account. An optional deep reading, a longer AI-written interpretation, costs one credit.
- How do credits work?
- You buy a credit pack once. One credit opens one deep reading. Credits never expire, have no cash value, and cannot be transferred. There is no subscription and no recurring charge. You must be 18 or older to buy.
- How is a purchase delivered?
- Instantly on this website. Credits appear in your account balance as soon as the payment is confirmed. Nothing is shipped.
- Can I get a refund?
- Unused credits are refundable within 14 days. Spent credits are not, unless a reading failed or was charged twice. See the Refund Policy.
- Who charges my card?
- Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC is the Merchant of Record for every purchase. It appears on your statement and issues refunds.
- What happens to my birth date?
- It is used to compute your reading. For a paid deep reading, the details you entered are sent to our AI provider to write the text. See the Privacy Policy for the full list of providers.
- How do I contact you?
