1. About this service
Mystica ("the Service") provides multilingual astrology, saju, tarot, dream-interpretation, compatibility and personality readings (horoscope, saju, tarot, dream interpretation, compatibility, personality, and more). Every reading is generated by software and AI. The Service is operated by TeamY (팀와이).
2. Entertainment purpose only
All readings are generated by software and AI for entertainment and self-reflection. They are not predictions of future events, and they are not medical, legal, financial or psychological advice or counsel. Do not use them as a substitute for a qualified professional. You are solely responsible for decisions you make.
3. Accounts, credits and eligibility
Free readings need no account. Deep readings are paid for with credits: one credit opens one deep reading, credits never expire, and there is no subscription and no recurring charge. You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live, if higher) to buy credits. Credits have no cash value, are not transferable to another person or account, cannot be exchanged or redeemed for money, and can be used only for readings on Mystica. You agree to provide accurate information and to keep your credentials secure. Prices are shown on the pricing page before you pay; refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
4. Who you are buying from
Payments are handled by Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC, which acts as the Merchant of Record for every purchase. Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC is the seller on record for the transaction, collects any applicable sales tax or VAT, and will appear as the merchant on your bank or card statement. Link, LLC f/k/a Lemon Squeezy LLC's own terms and privacy notice apply to the payment itself.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the Service, including scraping at scale, attempting to breach security, or reusing content commercially without permission. Reading content is provided for your personal use.
6. Intellectual property
The Service, its design, and generated text belong to TeamY (팀와이) or its licensors, except for third-party trademarks referenced for descriptive purposes.
7. Disclaimer and liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of accuracy or fitness for a particular purpose. Readings are generated by software and AI and may contain errors or omissions. To the extent permitted by law, TeamY (팀와이) is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the Service.
8. Changes and governing law
